If you have insurance coverage, as a courtesy to our patients/parents, we would be pleased to complete the required insurance forms and provide them to you for submission to your insurance company.
Unfortunately, unlike medical insurance, dental insurance does not usually cover all of your orthodontic treatment. The insurance form will provide your insurance company with a complete treatment description and a summary of the financial arrangement. The insurance company would notify you of the coverage limit.
